Weekly Progress Photos
Upcoming Work Limit & Traffic Impacts
Later in next week, the road closure will be extended from its current location east of Penrose to the east side of the Elementary School driveways. Residents within this area will still need to follow the designated detour; however, access will be maintained through the temporary road on the north side of Northshore Drive.
Please be aware that there may be periods when vehicle access to individual driveways is temporarily unavailable. Our project team will actively monitor these situations and will make every effort to coordinate directly with affected homeowners.
Upcoming Construction Activities
The Utility Contractor will:
Continue storm sewer installation along Northshore Drive between Leisure Lane and Penrose Drive
Begin installation of temporary water lines ahead of water installations
Prepare for installation of erosion control concrete block mats at 72-in and 60-in outfalls into McCook Lake
The Grading Contractor will:
Begun removal of Northshore asphalt west of Penrose
Continue earthwork operations along Northshore Drive corridor
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our project team. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we continue progressing on this project.
