Construction Start & Northshore Closure - April 1st
Good Afternoon All,
The Northshore Drive Reconstruction Project is set to begin Wednesday, April 1st. This will also be the date of closure of Northshore Drive to all except those who live within the project area.
A high level construction schedule highlighting only the start and end date of major phases is provided below. More detailed scheduling information will be provided as we proceed into construction.

Beginning April 1st, Northshore Drive will be closed for construction. The detour route used for previous projects will be in effect until Phases 1 and 2 are complete and the mainline paving is ready for traffic. A map of the detour route is provided below.
One of the first priorities on/after April 1st will be to construct the temporary path from the west end of the project. Penrose Residents and residents living within the Phase 1 work area should utilize the detour route to the West end of the project to access the site until otherwise notified. We will continue to coordinate access verbally through the project inspector or via webpage notifications throughout construction.
