Project Status Update

Good Afternoon All,

The first week of reconstruction on Penrose Drive is now complete. The contractor has completed most of the removals, and will be waiting to do the remainder of the earthwork until after utilities are complete. The utility crew is expecting to begin their work on 6/23, so you may not see much activity over the next week.

You may continue to utilize the bypass route through the Dakota Valley Elementary parking lot if there are contractors working. If no construction activity is occurring you may also utilize the newly constructed temporary access trail on the east side of Penrose to reach your homes along the project or the north end of Penrose.

We received some questions and comments regarding access and coordination for deliveries such as appliances or furniture. We will accommodate any deliveries as best as we can with the contractor. Advance notice and coordination with Beau Rothschadl (605) 661-0002 would be appreciated.
