Penrose Drive Road Opening
Good Afternoon Residents,
Penrose Drive will be opened tonight after the contractor has completed work for the day.
The road will only be open for residents that live on Penrose. There is still work for the contractor to complete over the next few weeks, so please be courteous of the workers and drive with caution. We also ask that you refrain from parking on the roadway during between 8:00am and 5:30pm so that vehicles are not in the way for the contractor trying to complete the project. Several of the new concrete driveways and approaches were poured this week and we recommend those not be driven on until this weekend. If you know that your driveway was completed last week, feel free to utilize the new driveway if you wish.
