Penrose Drive - Rain Event

Good Afternoon,

After this afternoon's rain event and tomorrow's forecasted rain we just want to give you guys an update.

The Contractor plans on installing a small culvert underneath the gravel trail to help remove water from the project. They will also be pumping out water from the site periodically to prevent water buildup. We still recommend residents to use the temporary road behind the elementary school to access the north side of Penrose. If that road were to become impassable, the residents on the north side of Penrose will have to park on Northshore and walk from there. As for the residents inside of the construction area, we still recommend parking on Northshore and walking to your houses using the trail. The Contractor will be working to clean up the temporary trail and access road once the rain stops before proceeding with utility installations.
