Penrose Drive - Access Update

Elementary School Access Road

Residents,

Beginning today there will be some minor interruptions and impacts to the temporary access road through the Dakota Valley Elementary Parking Lot due to the start of two projects for repairs to the parking lot. Construction is anticipated to continue throughout the rest of July on asphalt and concrete repairs, and painting of new pavement markings. There may be short periods of wait due to the active construction, but you will be able to get to the access road and access the north end of Penrose Drive until otherwise notified. We will provide notice in advance of any anticipated closures of this road for pouring new concrete curb and gutter, asphalt paving of parking lot, and installation of pavement markings.

Please be cautious while navigating through the parking lot for your own safety and the safety of the workers doing the construction work.
