Northshore Reconstruct - Project Update 9/11
Good Afternoon,
Significant progress was made on site this last month as the Contractor has finished paving Northshore Drive, as well as the concrete trail along the north side of the Road. Concrete paving should finish up next week as they finish miscellaneous items on the punch list. Seeding, Signage and Striping will be completed next week as well.
Our Grading Contractor will be on-site tomorrow backfilling topsoil. They ask if you could please not park on Northshore Drive tomorrow while they get this work done.

Upcoming Construction Activities
The Grading Contractor will:
Begin topsoil backfill along Northshore Drive starting tomorrow
Continue to clean up site debris
The Concrete Contractor will:
Finish miscellaneous concrete work
Continue cleaning site
The Traffic Control Contractor will:
Install permanent striping and signage along Northshore Drive
Install mailboxes that were salvaged before the project began.
Access Updates
Construction activities will continue throughout the few weeks, so please expect small delays in traffic due to our construction crews continuing work. Please drive slowly through the construction zone and be conscientious of the crews trying to complete their work. There may be longer delays in which we will recommend using the detour.
